I'll give opportunity for some of them to show off their best cover in Spotlight
I also will give highlight for YTC's male utaite on Singer of the week, The post will be including his info and added with review by myself and 96, (Kuromi). Singer will be changed per week on our timeline (GMT +8 )
And last, not the least, We'll make event/competition on our own, mostly for the fun and also to make us interact with each other   If you want prize . . . well . . . . . I accept someone that want to donate their powah and epicness, since I can't do much . . .

How does this singer of the week and such work, do we have to submit new covers every week/month respectively or as long as you've put up links to covers in the past, you can sit back and hope to be picked?

Having a Spotlight and featuring thing would require quite a sum of people... we need at least 52 people for singer of the week lol XD Maybe singer of the month... or Year would work better XD. (Or compromise and put singer of the season lol.)
