Any anime recommendations?
I ran out of anime's to watch sadly, and I have a week break from school this next week
If anyone be so kind to recommend me an anime to watch that would be awsome and I shall give you a virtual cookie
List of anime's I have watched:
Katekyo hitman reborn (also finished the manga series)
Angel Beats
Clannad
Clannad:After story
Ano hana
Asura cryin
C3 cube
Kore wa zombie desu ka? (1st and 2nd season)
Inu x boku
Ano natsu de matteru
Bakemonogatari
Nisemonogatari
Sword art online (ofc)
11 eyes
Higurashi no naku koro ni
School days
Mirai Nikki
Baka to test to shoukanjuu (both season)
Medaka box (both seasons waiting for season 3)
Narakawa under the bridge ss 1 and 2
True tears
Kanon 2006
H2O: footprints of the sand
Psycho Pass (well currently watching)
Mashiro iro symphony
Lovely Complex
Death note
I have a huge list of completed anime back at home (Just can't remember all of them)
((Currently at school using le free time to browse le internet))
*Please don't recommend me Naruto, One piece, fairytale and bleach (though bleach was one of my first anime xDD) because I dropped them for being too long and fillers
I appreciate the recommendations

Re: Any anime recommendations?
Kamisama Hajimemashita and Skip Beat were good, though I recommend reading the mangas for both of them also, since the animes don't really answer any questions they pose.

Re: Any anime recommendations?
Ah... I'm trying to think of good ones that would be easy to find online. Kuroshitsuji might not be your cup of tea if you haven't watched it...
Revolutionary Girl Utena was my first anime and it's still good to me after all these years. Though it may be hard to find unless you torrent it or something. I THINK there was only 30-something episodes. (looked it up, it's 39) there's also a movie, but... it's kinda weird. In a good way!
And there's Shirokuma Cafe if you just need something kinda calm and slice of life. With animals.
And Durarara!!
And Deadman Wonderland.
And the Persona 4 animation (as far as I know, there's no english dub).
And Kaleido Star if you wanna watch a girly circus anime.

I have watched Black butler and enjoyed it
I heard of shirokuma cafe x3
((It me shocked how Nozomu from zetsubou sensei's voice actor voices the penguin
as well as the panda being lelouch's voice actor
I forgot which voice actor voiced the polar bear))
I've played the persona series but haven't really watched it, I guess I'll try to watch it x3
Persona 4, ShiroKuma, Durarara, and deadman wonderland had been added to the list
*gives virtual cookie* thanks for the recommendation
P.S. I only watch subbed anime never dubbed except for Hetalia ((I recommend it ish really good))

Re: Any anime recommendations?
Hiroshi Kamiya (Nozomu) also voices Izaya Orihara 折原ラブ♥♥♥. So... you get to hear Mr. Despair and Izaya as a drunk penguin in one episode. And it's amazing.
Deadman Wonderland IS very much bloody, so... in case ya' don't like that stuff.
And Takahiro Sakurai voices Shirokuma. (Claude [黒執事II], Izuru [Bleach], Leon [Kaleido Star]).

Ahh I see
Well considering I have already watched Higurashi, Schooldays, and Mirai nikki I've gotten used to the gorey bloody themed anime
I might enjoy shirokuma alot more because I get to see lelouch and izaya as a penguin

Re: Any anime recommendations?
Well, here's some of the ones I loved~ (some of these were mentioned already xD) And sorry ahead of time for this really long post x_x
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Baccano (you may see it mentioned in Durarara, too. Keep an eye out for that ;D)
Ouran (I've rewatched this...so many times I've lost count haha)
Steins;Gate
Fate/Zero
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica
Eureka Seven
Code Geass
Tiger & Bunny
Kuroko no Basket
Ao no Exorcist
Natsume Yuujinchou
Working
Wolf's Rain
Otome Youkai Zakuro
Shounen Onmyouji
ROD the TV
Aria the Animation
Ginban Kaleidoscope
Princess Tutu (sounds frilly, but it was actually darker than I expected)
Magi (I actually only read the manga, but I'm sure the anime's good)
I've recently been hearing that Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai and Hyouka are good, but I haven't seen them myself yet. D:
If you'd like to see more anime movies as well, I recommend Summer Wars and pretty much anything by Studio Ghibli xD
And I agree with Gender without SAO (though I'm not really qualified to say that because I only watched the first 15 episodes... xD From what I've heard about what happens in the rest of the series, I didn't really want to see the rest.)
...By the way, how's Psycho Pass been? I'm thinking about starting it.

Re: Any anime recommendations?
Mononoke (not Mononoke-hime) is a really unique anime. It's about a medicine seller who hunts supernatural beings. Moves a bit slowly. The art kind of reminds me of the witches in Madoka.
Natsume Yuujinchou is also really good. :d

xAerlith wrote:Mononoke (not Mononoke-hime) is a really unique anime. It's about a medicine seller who hunts supernatural beings. Moves a bit slowly. The art kind of reminds me of the witches in Madoka.
Your description of Mononoke makes me think of Mushishi, which is an amaaaaaaazing anime Basically this guy travels around to solve the problems of people, which are often caused by supernatural creatures called mushi. It's not terribly slow, I think, since every episode is a completely different plot.
Re: Any anime recommendations?
I'm not sure if this fits your cup of tea... But I really enjoyed Shinsekai Yori and Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo ^^ I love Chihayafuru too, but I think this is more for female audiences?
Re: Any anime recommendations?
Well, not sure if you're taking any more recommendations, but I wanted to throw Yakitate Japan out there. It's an anime about making bread, but it's so outrageously hilarious. 50% of the show's about the reactions, 50% of the show's about making bread, and the show just does not take itself seriously. That and it somehow manages to have a somewhat pretty good plot. XD
