personally i like the 2nd one~ 1st one feels cartoonish and more cute? also the color for the song doesn't really feel pink to me~ its hard to explain~

this is normal for popular songs like shiryoku kensa. i don't want to sound mean, but please keep such comments to the chat section.

I think you made the instrumental too soft, I can barely hear it even when my volume is maxed out. Your voice is considerably louder than the instrumental, when you want it only slightly louder than the instrumental. I don't know if you were trying to audition it raw, but using reverb is good.
I would suggest recording with earbuds/headphones for more accuracy.

Oh yah, don't upload on 4shared, upload quality is crap Dx I advise using box.com

I think you should redo it since it seems like you're not satisfied with the audition. Do as you seem fit, and to me it seems like you want to redo it. I don't know your voice so well so I can say that you sound to soft
