You dont need to redo your audition just need your singer 5 lines.
The instruction state. to send 1. that you sang from "kudanai to dakishimete" 2. is sing the full line of your chosen singer lines in acapella. But since you done both BGM and acapella on 1. It fine.

IT WILL -dies- this virus is killing me, i'll try to send them in this weekend since im recording at a friends house because this comp's mic is liek picking up NOTHING but the computer and then when i try to increase the vocal input theres just massive fuzz and a little voice ( me) in it ;~; so um yeah if i don't make it by saturaday/sunday then i'll like try and find my previous mic and do surgery here. I wonder if thats okay with you ? >:
