It really isn't that difficult to understand. No one else has had problems.

Record the song and split them into the sections I've listed them as [For example "Versa_Part1"] then place all of the parts into a ZIP folder [7Zip is free and easy to download]. Send your parts to the email address with the email header "Versa OVER"
Parts must be sang in time with the music and there should be no effects and as little static/background noise as possible.

Just be sure to follow the labelling guidelines.
