When speaking of bad, out of place, and generally down right stupid anime, this one has to come up at least 3 times. Only having a known OVA, this anime was dubbed,
"The Best Anime in the World, To make fun of."
With all the non sense, random head explosions, no plot, and giving you the general "WTF" effect.
