Yep, you got that right, and she's another female too, her name is Rio and she belongs to AHS software (company that made Miki,Yuki and Kioyoteru) and she's a character from Hello Kitty game I don't know about

She does look a bit like Lily, just a bit, but the person who drew Lily also drew Rio.
I think I'll wait for a demo to come out before making any final decisions about her.

She has a new image, name, and a voice now.

Edit: Info about Iroha

Due to miscommunication regarding advertisement of the new collaboration happening at the same Comiket booth as another event, fans initially believed that the new Vocaloid, announced to be a collaboration between AH and Sanrio, would be the kittyler Rio and designed by KEI, the artist for the Crypton Future Media CV series and the Vocaloid Lily. This sparked a large amount of controversy, and an interview with one of the members of AH had to clear up the misunderstanding. Rio was to be used for an upcoming game by Sanrio, "Hello Kitty to Issho! Block Crash 123!!" and would be illustrated by multiple artists, KEI being one of them. Rio would have no connection to the AH collaboration, however.[1]

Kittyler Iroha is the product of AH randomly picking Sanrio due to Sanrio having its 50th anniversary. In September a homepage for her was released, offering two demos as well along with revealing her appearance and name.

I thought that too, but she doesn't sound way too much like Len to me. xD

Well, when compared to other Vocaloids, she seems to have a voice somewhat like a younger version of Luka mixed with the tone of Len's tone.

But to me, her voice is a more unique, and that's that. xDD

Well what people think is her old design is actually something completely different, so this was always her design...

I think she looks fine. It doesn't even matter what she looks like anyway, it's the way she sounds that counts.
