Another "new" vocaloid?

No I'm not talking about Lily people XD
It seems that a new vocaloid has been announced though I'm not sure whether it's true or not...
Some sources say that her name is "Mizuki" and Yamaha will be in charge of her (sorry not crypton you guys ;AAA;)

She sounds like a mixture of Miku and Luka..
Some people say it's maybe a rin or luka append XD
I love the second demo the most XD and her voice is nice
but what do YOU guys think?

I like her voice, it sounds nice. And I agree she does sound like a mixture of Miku and Luka.

I think she sounds too much like Luka though OTL Her style is a mix of Miku, Rin and Luka, but her voice has a kinda different ring to it imo.

Crypton IS working on a top secret project on trying to make a male vocaloid =w=
For now he is a called CV04 and it's confirmed that he is the next vocaloid that crypton is gonna work on 8DDD

CV04 is the next Vocaloid in Crypton's Vocaloid2 CV series. Crypton is working on several voicebanks and they have not annouced which voicebank will be CV04. However the strongest candidate for it is an unnamed male voicebank whose voice provider is a Japanese male voice actor, as fans have been informed about it the most. The voice actor voiced a character in a video game Final Fantasy XIII and he is an user of computer music software, including Miku Hatsune.[1][2] His name has not been officially announced yet, however, two demos were offered on twitter for a limited time only (not available now) and as the best guess at the moment it is said to be voiced by Yuuki Kaji among fans. [3] It has a mature, bright and transparent male voice.

Yeah, I'vee heard plenty of her, and I gotta say, I HIGHLY dislike her, also you guys, she's not gonna have a character design, that just annoyed me so much, to me a vocaloid is not complete without a character design so I guess I'm just gonna have to ignore her, now Lily though, I'm loving the hell out of her, Lily is gonna be one of my favorites if not my most favorite vocaloid

As for the new Vocaloid, I don't really mind. If people make good songs with her, it's perfectly fine with me.

We need mas vocaloid men, already we have an army of girls xD but I like.

You know, after doing some research and thinking about it for a while, I actually like her a lot better than before. I don't mind that she doesn't have a design. She is supposed to meant for professionals to use, and not just the general population. In my mind, Vocaloids don't necessarily need designs anyway. They are just tools to use for creating songs, and their sound is all that should matter. Giving them a face just makes them seem more human and helps appeal to buyers. Which is why Japan makes so many cute anime girl Vocaloids. Moe sells in Japan.

Comparing her voice with other Vocaloids, she has a very strong, clear and crisp voice from what I've heard, and has improved pronunciation. Hopefully, some skilled producers will use her to make very great songs.

EDIT: by the way some news about mizuki is that yamaha confirmed that "mizki" is genderless so you can make he or she sound like a man or a woman 8D
Also there is no design for mizki because it is for "professional musicians" only.

I still don't get what that means 8D
