Okay, It's been quite a while since I've been on this forum. (I've only been visiting to attend the monthly themes xD) So, I thought, why not update this post? Because, I was such an emotional person when I made this one, and... stuffs happened. But yeah, the usual warning: Audio is too loud

@Lynx-kun, I just noticed that I haven't properly thanked you yet, so thank you. I'm not only thanking you for the subscription, I'm also thanking you for acknowledging that I exist. For some reasons, I'm invisible in both online and in real life. Not that I'm complaining or anything...

It's alright. I know the feeling. Used to go unnoticed a lot myself as well but that's something you just have to deal with sometimes. :/

So I can say that your new cover seems like a big improvement if you compare it to the other ones :3
Before you often were a bit faster than the instrumental but this one fixed it :3 It also seems to be in your range, in unravel one could hear that you had some struggles with the high notes.

But well, you showed that you improve fast so it's just a matter of time and practice I'd say :D

Wow so many covers ahh
I took a look at the Christmas song. You have a soft and gentle voice which is very soothing, but also a very powerful belting range. I liked when you went 'with every blink~ Everyone is having a good dream'.

Ah, it sounds a bit too cramped and messy when you overlap it with other vocal tracks because the some sounds are repeated, like in the first part of 'I-i promise, a j-joyful' around 0:16. 

I noticed there's a little bit accent on the pronunciation. Like the 't' sound in 'party night' and 'stardust'. Words that end with a 'd' or 't' sound are also unclear like 'night' , 'might' and 'ground'. Pronunciation/Enunciation is pretty important in singing so that the listeners can understand what you're singing.

For additional improvements on mixing, I'd suggest adding some reverb on the vocals for ballads, especially piano ones. It makes the voice blend in better andalsomakesyousoundwonderful.


As for vocals, you can add some harmonies and adlibs around the song. Maybe some vibrato when you pull off the long notes. One good way to spruce up adlibs is to repeat the phrases, but using a different tune to make it seem more 'expressive'. For example when you sing "Merry Christmas", you can sing the same phrase again, but add and play with some tunes and tones of your own as adlibs like "Me-ye-rry Christ-ma-ha-ha-oo-as". doitthemariahcareyway//kicked
