Why did we pick this song?:
We wanted a song that was about being friends - something nice and sweet since we just met and we found that we had more in common than we originally thought. Thus, we picked Yakusoku no Tane because it really depicted us - that we'd like to meet each other one day too!

Story behind the relationship the two characters in the song have:
One day, Roro signed up for the pen-pal program at her school because she was bored and had nothing to do. Her penpal ended up being a girl named Jan who lived far away.

For awhile, they exchanged emails back and forth, finding out that they both had a mutual love for singing, along other similar interests. They became fast friends, constantly messaging each other and making each other laugh. They were good friends, very amicable and never really seen without a messaging client open to their name.

But - as they were planning to meet each other, Jan moved farther away, and Roro was sad - but they kept talking to each other, and they made a promise to meet someday, no matter how far the date is.

Why did you pick this song?: We picked this song because we thought it was really pretty and thought it would be good for both of our voices. I personally thought it was harder to sing than what I originally thought.

Sorry about the delay. I know it's been more than a year. >.< I'm working on the backlog of cleaning up the forums right now. Since it's something I can really only work on over the weekends now, it's taking a while. Will finish the judging after that!
