it's song nº 8 and it's called うちへ帰ろう instrumental - コレット(水樹奈々)
you can probably find it if you search a while for the name of the album

since it's an instrumental only available in an album, beware with the copyright and such if you're thinking to upload to youtube or something ^^' sometimes they're not nice about it
