How do you do that in your signature? 0.0

how do you place the viewer's name on your signature?
like, if i was viewing it, it would have AKATOMO on it, then i log off and look at it as a guest then the sig would have Guest, replacing AKATOMO...

any ideas on how to do this? >.< really have no idea... orz
